Conservation Area Annual Lands Pass
Hunting Pass Application Form
Hunting passes, valid for the calendar year, are available from the NVCA for the Minesing and Osprey wetlands. A permit costs $40 for those who own property or live within the NVCA's jurisdiction or $75 for those who do not.
You may now fill in the application form electronically.
You may submit an application via the following methods:
- in person during our office hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Click here for our office location)

Methods of payment accepted include cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard. Please do not mail cash.
Facility Rentals
The John L. Jose Environmental Learning Centre and the Tiffin Conservation Area offer a variety of rooms, facilities and outdoor spaces that are available for private bookings. Please note that the Booking Form is no longer available to download. The form has been revised and previously published rates and terms are no longer valid.
