The Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority

Governance

The Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority (NVCA) is a registered charity, established under the Conservation Authorities Act and governed by the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors elects a Chair and Vice Chair every year from among its members. The Board of Directors may also establish advisory boards and committees as it considers appropriate.

The Board of Directors usually meet monthly, with a break in July.
