The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) and NVCA have been working hard to protect Minesing Wetlands from Phragmites (a.k.a Common Reed), a highly invasive wetland plant that crowds out native species and destroys habitat for wildlife such as turtles and insects.

After years of hard work, we’ve successfully removed a large patch and we need your help to restore native biodiversity by planting native species.

Help us welcome diversity back to the wetland!
