Are you tired of sticking to the straight and narrow? So is Willow Creek! Join the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority and the Nature Conservancy of Canada for a wet and wild day of installing wing deflectors made of donated coniferous trees along Willow Creek, in the internationally significant Minesing Wetlands. Once installed, these wing deflectors will give Willow Creeks its “wiggle” back, allowing the stream to meander in its natural S shape. These bends will act as habitat for fish and aquatic bugs.

Physical activity includes walking 1.5 kilometres over uneven terrain, lifting, twisting, pounding and bending.
