Bill 23, More Homes Built Faster Act, recently passed identifying many future changes that may have an impact on the NVCA permitting role, as well as our work in planning and development reviews.

While Bill 23 has been passed and received Royal Assent, it is important to understand, that until the enabling regulations are implemented, those legislative changes do not affect our current delivery of these services. Our work here at the NVCA continues 'business as usual.
