Public Consultation

Under the Conservation Authorities Act, conservation authorities are required to have a number of strategies, plans, policies, maps and other guidelines in place. These documents help us deliver programs effectively and efficiently, and consulting with the public is an important part of the development of these documents, as it provides greater certainty and transparency on NVCA’s programs and services. In addition, this is an opportunity for NVCA to receive input from the people who live, work, play or have an interest in the Nottawasaga Watershed.

The Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority invites you to submit comments for the draft policies, regulation mapping and strategies below. Your involvement helps ensure NVCA’s work meet the needs of the community, our economy and our environment.
