Corporate Functions & Special Events

The Tiffin Centre for Conservation offers two indoor spaces for corporation functions and special events. These venues are located in our 120-hectare property which has plenty of hiking trails, ponds, wetlands and meadows to explore during your event.

The NVCA daily parking fee per vehicle is waived with all venue rentals.

Jose Building – Great Room

The Great Room in the Jose Building features a soaring wood-beamed ceiling and two-story stone fireplace. The great room opens onto a large hallway, covered boardwalk, porch and other convenient spaces to mix and mingle.

Jose Building – South Classroom

The South Classroom in the Jose Building is a a small gathering space with extensive counters and two sinks. It can serve as preparation space, a breakout room or an activity station.

Exclusive use of the Jose Building Great Room and/or South Classroom during business hours (time includes set-up and clean-up)
Seating and tables for up to 100 in Great Room, or up to 25 in South Classroom
Use of podium, PA system and/or LCD screen if desired
Seasonal use of the fireplace
Use of kitchen, washrooms and main hallway

Saturday Event Rental Details

Exclusive use of the Jose Building Great Room and South Classroom for up to 12 consecutive hours between 8 a.m. and 12 midnight on Saturday. Time includes set-up and clean-up.
Seating and tables for up to 100 in the Great Room.
Use of podium, PA system and/or LCD screen if desired
Seasonal use of the fireplace
Use classroom for preparation, cloakroom, catering use or other use
Use of kitchen, washrooms and main hallway
