We are experiencing difficulty with our automated telephone answering system at the NVCA administrative office.

Until further notice, you will not be able to leave recorded voicemail or enter your party's extension - all calls will be answered by reception and you will be transferred to your party. If the receptionist is occupied with other clients, your call may not be answered immediately.

If you are unable to get through to us by phone, please contact us by e-mail if possible. The staff directory is available under About Us (click name to send e-mail), or you can e-mail admin@nvca.on.ca and we will relay your message to the appropriate person.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to rectify the situation.

The NVCA Draft 2012 budget has been approved for circulation to municipalities. The final budget is expected to be voted on at the February Board of Directors meeting.
